Leadership Team

Todd Hollow-Bist, PsyD; Founder and Co-CEO

Todd has 22 years of organizational and academic leadership experience. He spent the last six years founding and developing Pathwise Leadership, the prior seven years as Academic Director and Senior Faculty at Northwest College of Art, and the initial nine years in private and hospital settings as a clinician.

Todd earned his B.A. and M.Ed. from the University of Washington and a M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University. Todd finished all Doctoral coursework at Argosy University, completed his two year Clinical Practicum at the University of Washington Counseling Center, and then was granted his Psy.D. through the Counseling Society of London.

Todd's area of expertise is developing highly effective leaders and teams through the application of classic psychoanalytic theory, organizational leadership theory, and neuropsychological and consciousness research. Leaders who work with Todd are constantly surprised by how quickly and effectively he can teach them the fundamentals of psychoanalytic and mindfulness theories. He has worked with all of the larger organizations in the greater Seattle area and hundreds of small and mid-sized companies.
