Chad G. Hattrup, PhD: Founder and Co-CEOChad has more than 17 years of experience as an operating leader and leadership psychologist. He is an experienced internal and external consultant to both private industry and public service organizations. His particular areas of expertise include employee and organizational assessment, leadership development, cultural transformation, and team development and facilitation. His interdisciplinary experience and education in operational business and depth psychology provide a unique filter through which he examines both the pragmatic issues of the business, and the psychological dynamics of individuals and teams in the organization. The result is a holistic perspective that is unique to the field of consulting and leadership development. Chad has held senior management positions in and consulted for Pacific Northwest aerospace, high-tech, and consulting services firms including The Boeing Company, Microsoft, Expedia, Hewlett-Packard, Aditi Corporation, and SolutionsIQ. Chad received his PhD in Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Saybrook Graduate School in San Francisco.
