In this program you will learn how to perceive and manage the powerful underlying dynamics that occur in all interpersonal exchanges, you will know how to differentiate yourself in stressful situations, and you will become more self-aware.
Pathwise Cohort: New members are invited to become part of a learning peer-group (Cohort).
- Cohorts meet monthly for three hours at a time covering one of the Ten Essentials in each session.
- Members also receive a monthly, one-on-one advising session with a faculty advisor to discuss individual, work-related issues.
- Unparalleled learning is achieved through small class sizes (cohorts are limited to 10 members each), highly interactive learning, rich case examples, and iterative practical work using the tools introduced over the course of a year.
- At the end of our year-long program you will receive a Certificate of Completion of the 10 Essentials of Pathwise.
Elite Professional Community: New Pathwise cohort members become part of a larger professional community of highly capable and intelligent business leaders who are interested in understanding and managing the more subtle and yet powerful aspects of being human. Pathwise community events are held two times per year, and cross cohort interaction is facilitated and encouraged. Once members have completed the initial year of the program additional membership options exist for advanced learning and continued membership in the community.
